Program Manager at St. Ruth Children's Research Hospital

Position Overview

St. Ruth Children's Research Hospital is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead the strategic design, coordination, and implementation of the hospital's clinical, research, and outreach programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of key hospital programs and services during the hospital's initial build-out and operational setup.

The Program Manager will serve as the operational engine behind our early success, ensuring that St. Ruth's mission is translated into measurable action across departments. This role is ideal for someone resourceful, organized, and ready to take on significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage implementation of clinical care, research, and community outreach programs
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, donor reporting, and impact evaluation
• Develop internal systems for monitoring program performance and service delivery
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth, interdisciplinary operations
• Prepare proposals, progress reports, and program updates for donors and partners
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of program staff
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and strategic growth
• Represent St. Ruth at professional conferences, donor meetings, and government forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of program management experience in a health, research, or nonprofit setting
• Proven experience in program design and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field
