## Title: Professor of Water Resources and Agrometerology

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Department of Water Resources and Agrometerology at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Faculty of Agriculture.

Location

Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria

Key Requirements

Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in the area of specialization
Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level
Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate student supervision
Considerable research background with a minimum of seventy-five (75) points from admissible publications
Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
Five (5) papers indexed in Scopus
Visible on Google Scholar with a minimum of thirty (30) citations
Minimum of five (5) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibilities
Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Two (2) favorable external assessments
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies

Additional Information

Academic Librarians shall participate in postgraduate teaching and supervision within the Department of Library Science as applicable.
