## Title: Professor of Pharmacognosy and Herbal Medicine

About the Position

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Professor in Pharmacognosy and Herbal Medicine at Federal University Oye-Ekiti, located in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Requirements

Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in Pharmacognosy, Herbal Medicine, or related area of specialization
Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level
Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate student supervision
Considerable research background with minimum seventy-five (75) points from admissible publications
Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
Minimum of five (5) papers indexed in Scopus
Minimum score of five (5) points in Academic Leadership and Administrative Responsibilities
Minimum score of three (3) points in Community Service
Minimum score of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Google Scholar visibility with minimum citation count of thirty (30)
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Two (2) favorable external assessments
