Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Professor in Pharmacognosy and Traditional Medicine at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor rank with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be peer-reviewed journal articles; OR
• Reader rank with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, along with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement in teaching and research experience within a university setting

Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student or three (3) Master's students

Professional Requirements

• Current registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory requirement)
