Ph.D. Degree or equivalent qualification in the area of specialization
Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level

Minimum of thirty (30) citations on Google Scholar with active profile

Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Two (2) favorable External Assessments
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
