About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Products Listing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across all company online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility.

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor and update product inventory, availability, and pricing regularly
• Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, specifications) is accurate and up to date
• Create, upload, and manage product listings across all company online platforms
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and search ranking (SEO)
• Ensure product categories, tags, and attributes are correctly assigned
• Work with the marketing and operations team to gather product details and improve listing quality
• Identify and correct listing errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Track product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and listing best practices

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CMS, and online marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or product listing
• Basic understanding of SEO
