An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to oversee production operations at our ice cream manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production activities to meet set targets
• Coordinate resources effectively to achieve performance goals
• Organize production areas to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Drive focus on production quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure planned production schedules are achieved consistently
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality and organizational standards
• Enforce ISO 22000 standards and ensure cGMP practices are followed
• Uphold discipline and teamwork within the production unit
• Take full responsibility for production performance
• Provide regular updates on production performance to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of work experience in production or manufacturing
