Production Supervisor at Lomeedar Fresh

Job Summary

Lomeedar Fresh seeks a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards. This role coordinates staff, manages workflow, and ensures all products meet company standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily output targets
• Ensure food processing time does not exceed established standards (e.g., 5 minutes per order)
• Monitor quality control and consistency across all product lines
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and clean
• Oversee stock usage and minimize wastage
• Train and coach production assistants and kitchen staff
• Escalate operational challenges to the Operations Manager in real time
• Maintain production records and submit daily reports
• Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management
• Market and provide information about product availability and benefits to walk-in customers
• Create awareness of special offers, promotions, and meal plans to walk-in customers
