Production Pharmacist (Minna) at Dana Group

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Dana Group as a Production Pharmacist. You will assist in the coordination and supervision of daily pharmaceutical production activities, ensuring that all operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. The role supports the production team in achieving efficiency, quality, and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced according to approved specifications
• Support the production team in daily planning, line clearance, and batch documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards across all production operations
• Monitor equipment cleaning, calibration, and maintenance activities
• Participate in in-process quality checks and report deviations promptly
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and ensure timely completion of documentation
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control units to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide technical support to operators and other production staff as required
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and regulatory knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist (PharmD license or equivalent)
• 1-2 years post-NYSC experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
• Sound understanding of GMP and production processes
• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
