About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our dynamic team. The Production Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring that production operates efficiently while adhering to quality standards. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and maintain processes that enhance productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production line
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance on best practices, safety measures, and quality control processes
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of materials required for production
• Assist in the development and implementation of production plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workforce planning
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documenting performance metrics and progress toward production goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team, encouraging employee engagement and innovative thinking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in UAV or aerospace manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
