About the Role

Max African Publishers Limited seeks a dedicated Production Assistant to support our publishing operations in Lagos, Nigeria. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality printed and digital materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials according to briefs, style guidelines, and publishing requirements
• Check and verify materials in a variety of formats for layout consistency and accuracy
• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to optimize working practices
• Facilitate timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience
• Practical experience in prints and production
• Computer literacy
• Proven project management experience with ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
