Production Assistant at Lomeedar Fresh

Job Summary

The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the production and packaging team. This role ensures all food and beverage products are prepared, packaged, and presented to Lomeedar Fresh standards of quality, hygiene, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food and beverage preparation, including juices, smoothies, parfaits, wraps, and yogurt
• Prepare meals according to established recipes
• Support packaging, labeling, and inventory organization
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Execute daily schedule, opening and closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed
• Assist with receiving and storing raw materials and supplies
• Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management
• Report shortages or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor
• Market and provide information about product availability and benefits to walk-in customers
• Create awareness of special offers, promotions, and meal plans to walk-in customers
