## Title: Product & User Operations Officer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team at Mobile Sport Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Support the setup and daily execution of in-platform operations and content placements, including task configuration, content arrangements, review, and support for A/B or beta tests when required, with basic follow-up summaries
Monitor key placements and campaigns, and coordinate with relevant teams to make timely adjustments when needed
Conduct competitor research on in-platform strategies (campaign mechanics, bonus formats, user journeys, product experience) and prepare concise benchmarking reports
Collect user feedback via online or phone surveys, prepare basic reports (spreadsheets/charts), and share practical suggestions to improve user experience and operational execution
Provide practical suggestions to improve product experience and operational workflows, and actively support other key operational initiatives as needed

1-3 years of working experience in user or product operations or customer service roles, preferably in the gambling, gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce industries
Excellent written and verbal English (bonus with local languages)
Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet applications
Familiarity with betting products and betting experience (without addiction)
Strong knowledge of sports, especially football (preferred)

Detail-oriented and well-organized, ensuring minimal errors; responsible, patient, and careful in daily execution
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize essential tasks, and stay adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly self-motivated and curious, with strong local user insight—able to identify real user needs and translate them into practical actions
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
