## Title: Product Support Sales Representative

Summary of Responsibilities

Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives to ensure parts sales profit goals across all segments.

Main Functions

  • Visit customers in the region (existing and prospective), identify parts, unit sales, and service opportunities, and secure regular patronage
  • Ensure prompt delivery of parts or services, including back-ordered items, with corresponding invoices to drive customer satisfaction and timely payment
  • Prepare and implement weekly call plans with corresponding summary reports
  • Prepare and maintain updated customer profile lists
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to retain goodwill and confidence in products, services, and the dealership
  • Actively participate in the region's ongoing debt collection initiatives
  • Report on competitive activities and sales opportunities for parts, units, and services; implement actions to ensure conversion to relevant products and services
  • Implement marketing and promotional programs as required
  • Manage company finances prudently and maintain adequate security of company assets under your responsibility
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Eastern Region (Oil & Gas, Marine, and Electric Power industries) by monitoring contracts and maximizing onshore and offshore parts sales opportunities
  • Coordinate between the company, partners, and customers on parts sales issues and special pricing for selected items

Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc. in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years working experience in technical sections of a similar organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership abilities and initiative-taking capability
  • Demonstrated selling skills
  • Valid driver's license
