An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective product sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts with clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve product positioning and promotions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated client issues.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven 6 years’ experience in product sales or sales management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
