An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective product sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts with clients and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve product positioning and promotions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
 Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven 6 years’ experience in product sales or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
