Product Engineering Personnel

Position Overview

OnePyramid seeks a proactive and technically inclined Product Engineering Personnel to support product reliability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves hands-on technical work, failure analysis, maintenance support, and accurate documentation of product and equipment activities. This position is suitable for entry-level candidates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations using tools such as 5-Why and Fishbone (Ishikawa) methodologies
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and support data-driven predictive maintenance schedules
• Perform technical repairs on equipment, devices, and products to ensure optimal performance
• Carry out product troubleshooting and diagnosis to identify and resolve technical issues
• Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring all field modifications and repairs are accurately recorded
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and operational efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Entry level or 1 year of relevant experience in product engineering, maintenance, or technical support
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Computer literacy with basic reporting and documentation tools
