Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in product design and UX research
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research-led, scalable digital solutions
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing for health tech, edtech, fintech, or govtech sectors
