Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of assigned program production, from creative conception to administrative completion
• Plan shooting and production schedules for assigned programs
• Ensure all production activities meet required standards and expected timelines
• Conduct regular meetings with production crew and stakeholders to monitor progress
• Oversee production of assigned programs and take full responsibility for final production rating
• Determine quality standards, content direction, guest selection, and production crew composition for assigned programs
• Develop innovative ideas to improve program quality, content, viewership capacity, and overall production and commercial ratings
• Develop strategies and execute project proposals
• Work collaboratively with change agent teams and project execution teams
• Develop media plans, establish creative direction, produce content, and execute digital strategies
• Apply professional knowledge and technical ability to maintain broadcast standards, integrity, and organizational image
• Remain available to collaborate with team members on program conception, development, execution, and success
• Conduct content comparison and benchmarking analysis
