Position Overview

We are recruiting a Procurement and Supply Chain Associate to join our team in Lekki.

Location

Lekki/Ajah, Nigeria (proximity to Lekki/Ajah is essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clients' supply chain requirements, plan and organize courses of action, and negotiate contracts as required
• Purchase materials, goods, services, and business services based on client specifications and requirements
• Research suppliers and commodities, and negotiate pricing
• Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, and quotations; review findings with the Supply Chain Manager
• Negotiate prices and delivery conditions with suppliers
• Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and orders
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied
• Follow up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate order status updates with clients

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a related numerical discipline from an accredited institution
• Minimum one year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing

• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
