About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as a Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities

• Source, procure, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality electromechanical and building products for high-rise building maintenance
• Negotiate competitive deals for pricing and supply contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders
• Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply options, and pricing
• Monitor and ensure delivery of all procured items
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding quality electromechanical and building products for high-rise facility maintenance
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
