Procurement Manager / Store Manager at Zhongxin Network Technology Company Limited

About the Role

Zhongxin Network Technology Company Limited is seeking a strategic and analytical Procurement and Store Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process and oversee daily store operations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal sourcing and acquisition of quality materials and products to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective procurement strategies across various spend categories to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and maximize value
• Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and forecast price trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with corporate objectives
• Lead the entire sourcing process, including Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and competitive bidding
• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers based on rigorous criteria including quality, cost, reliability, sustainability, and risk profile
• Negotiate and draft contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with favorable terms and conditions
• Manage and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key vendors through effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon standards and contracts, ensuring continuous compliance and addressing service failures promptly
• Control and monitor the procurement budget, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as savings achieved, cost avoidance, and purchase order cycle time
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, internal controls, and relevant local and international legal and regulatory requirements
• Perform due diligence and risk assessments on potential and existing suppliers

Requirements

• Must reside in the Lekki area
• Experience in healthcare centres or hospitals is advantageous
