About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Manager to join our team at a prestigious homes organization in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for premium luxury properties
• Source and evaluate high-quality construction materials
• Lead vendor evaluation and contract management processes
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
• Work independently to execute procurement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within luxury real estate, property management, or construction
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing high-quality construction materials
• Experience in vendor evaluation, contract management, and cost optimization
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain logistics, and market trends in the real estate sector
