Position Overview

An established company is recruiting a Private Chef to work at a client's residence in Agungi, Lekki, Lagos.

Work Details

• Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos
• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Salary: ₦130,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare various healthy meals tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
• Develop customized meal plans based on client specifications and nutritional needs
• Source and purchase meal ingredients and necessary kitchen equipment
• Inspect ingredients before purchase to ensure the highest quality standards
• Prepare meals in the client's kitchen in compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation
• Package and label prepared meals appropriately for later consumption
• Provide clients with written or verbal instructions on heating prepared meals

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification with 2 years of professional culinary experience
• Proven track record in culinary arts
• Sound knowledge of different cuisines and food health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication abilities
