A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals and affluent customers.
- Mobilize and manage large-value deposits and investment funds.
- Promote private banking, savings, investment, and treasury products.
- Achieve assigned deposit and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with private banking clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNI customers.
- Provide personalized banking solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client engagement meetings.
- Advise clients on suitable savings, fixed deposit, investment, and loan products.
- Cross-sell banking services such as loans, e-channels, and payment solutions.
- Educate clients on available products and market opportunities.
- Identify credit needs of private banking clients.
- Support loan application processes and documentation.
- Monitor credit facilities to ensure timely repayment.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
- Protect customer confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
