About the Role

We are seeking a Principal-level Machine Learning and AI Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join our organization. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying sophisticated machine learning systems that are scalable, robust, and directly influence our core business objectives.

This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems
• Lead the development of advanced models including NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning
• Establish MLOps best practices for scalable and reliable model deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers
• Drive innovation by researching new algorithms and technologies

Technical Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering and machine learning experience
• Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Proven production experience with NLP (Transformers, LLMs) and/or Computer Vision
• Mastery of MLOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, and a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong background in software engineering fundamentals and system design
