About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our academic team at Dreamboat British Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment where children can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage young learners while delivering the school's curriculum effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons across core subjects in line with the school curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning, curiosity, and respect
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and school leadership
• Support pupils with varying learning needs through differentiated instruction and guidance
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior in line with school policies
• Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods, projects, and group work
• Contribute to school events, extracurricular activities, and community programs
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high teaching standards and school improvement
• Uphold professional ethics, safeguarding standards, and school values at all times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with children
• Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching certification or license
• Proven teaching experience at the primary school level
