An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Responsibillities
- Teaching all areas of the EYFS using Montessori approach
- Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
- Taking responsibility for the progress of the learners
- Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment
- Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of learners’ development
- Coordinating activities and resources within specific areas of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery
- Providing feedback to parents and carers on learners’ progress
- Keeping up to date with current procedures and practices through continuing professional development.
- Candidates should possess an NCE, HND, PGDE or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience as a preschool teacher in a reputable school.
- Good knowledge of EYFS and applicability
- Good knowledge of Montessori learning approach
- Good writing skill
- Very good knowledge of Jolly phonics
- Ability to effectively use online learning tools
- Digitally knowledgeable
- Excellent written and verbal communications (fluent in English Language).
