Preparator at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Preparator at our organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop and engineer high quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools
• Issue fabrication drawings including cutting plans, welding plans, and shop drawings
• Produce designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation and timing
• Ensure all work complies with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards
• Interact with engineers and clients to obtain critical design information necessary to complete projects within intended timeframes
• Update and maintain product design files
• Assist in improving daily operations by providing field workers with job-related information using CAD systems
• Collect fabrication daily data for reporting purposes (cuttings, welding, painting, etc.)
• Assist in implementation of CAD engineering applications
• Determine design specifications and parameters using CAD tools
• Create job cards for fabrication and maintenance scope of work
