A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Portfolio Manager position based in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients within the assigned area
• Process loan applications, conduct credit appraisals, and recommend approvals based on risk assessment
• Monitor loan disbursement and ensure timely repayment by clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
• Conduct loan recovery activities and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions
• Provide financial education and advisory services to clients
• Ensure compliance with the institution's credit policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE / NCE / OND / HND / BSc
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel within Ogun and Oyo States as needed
