• Help young learners develop foundational reading and writing skills using structured phonics programs such as Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.
• Teach children how to recognize letter sounds, blend them into words, and decode unfamiliar vocabulary
• Plan engaging lessons and assess student progress
• Provide targeted support for struggling readers
• Collaborate with classroom educators to integrate phonics into broader literacy instruction
• Communicate regularly with parents about student development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
• Teaching certification
• Specialized phonics training
