Pharmacy Technician at BetaCare Pharmacy

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and assisting patients. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance-based commission

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications
• Organize and label medicines properly to maintain accuracy and safety
• Support inventory management, including receiving stock, checking expiries, and restocking shelves
• Provide customer support and answer basic medication-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and assist with regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment

Required Qualifications

• National Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent certification
• Must be licensed/registered with PCN as a Pharmacy Technician
• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and customer service orientation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
