Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate vendors for medical equipment, drugs, and related pharmaceutical products
• Conduct price sourcing and comparative analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Manage procurement processes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or related health sciences from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical procurement, vendor management, or supply chain within the healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and market pricing
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with Good Pharmaceutical Practice (GPP) standards and procurement regulations in Nigeria
