Key Responsibilities

• Drive demand for ethical pharmaceutical products across health institutions in your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and healthcare professionals
• Detail all products effectively during clinical meetings, focus groups, and institutional visits
• Ensure continuous product availability and visibility across all assigned health institutions
• Maintain and update client databases, including profiling institutions and key staff members
• Deliver impactful presentations at mini-conferences, pharmaceutical clubs, and health forums
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to support timely invoicing and product movement
• Target and segment markets effectively while planning and executing promotional activities
• Expand coverage by onboarding new institutions and identifying fresh distribution opportunities
• Address product inquiries and provide clarity on indications, dosing, and administration methods
• Escalate scientific concerns to appropriate channels when needed
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, including handling cost-related objections
• Track and report competitor activities, pricing, and product availability to the Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification
• 2+ years of cognate experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Product Demand Activation experience
• Product Demand Generation expertise

Compensation

N250,000 per month
