Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and optimize patient care
• Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage and potential side effects
• Coordinate the activities of pharmacy assistants
• Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes
• Oversee business growth and market share expansion
• Manage stock replenishment and general procurements proactively
• Institute controls to prevent losses and close exploitable loopholes
• Manage personnel and oversee general administration of the outlet
• Ensure all assets and equipment are maintained in good working condition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum two (2) years of community pharmacy practice experience in a similar role

Compensation
