About the Role
Laboria Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of our Directors. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure a balanced workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups on key tasks and deadlines
- Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties as required
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and necessary logistics when needed
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
