Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support our client's executive leadership. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
- Manage banking transactions
- Handle financial reports
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (HND or BSc in any relevant field)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly
