## Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the MD's day-to-day activities run smoothly. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director
  • Manage and maintain the MD's calendar and scheduling
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the MD
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Act as liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting senior management in a corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environment is highly desirable
  • Professional certifications in Office Administration or Executive Assistance (preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application
