## Title: Personal Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collate materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Conduct research on various topics and assist with personal errands as needed
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and manage the executive's calendar to ensure no conflicts
  • Act as a first point of contact, screen calls, manage correspondence, and draft emails or letters on behalf of the executive
  • Book and arrange flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business or personal trips

Required Qualifications

  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Must reside in the Ikoyi area
