This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to support key HR activities across the employee lifecycle, with strong involvement in hiring coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring processes including job postings, candidate screening coordination, interviews, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide HR support to employees and line managers on routine people matters.
  • Assist with employee relations processes and performance management activities.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory documentation.
  • Assist with training coordination and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations.
  • Support culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Resident in Warri, Delta State and environs.
