We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • The Human Resource Personnel is responsible for supporting the organization’s people management functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
  • The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, supports employees throughout the employment lifecycle, and contributes to building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, warnings, and other employment documents.
  • Support compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
  • Support staff training programs, learning initiatives, and capacity-building activities.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and provide data for management decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Resident in Warri, Delta State and environs.
