## Title: People and Culture Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Officer to support our Human Resources function across recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern HR practices, effective communication skills, and the practical use of AI tools to improve people processes and decision-making. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and support Learning and Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, scheduling, and evaluation of learning outcomes
  • Utilize AI tools and HR technologies to enhance recruitment, training, reporting, and employee experience
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and digital HR platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound understanding of Learning and Development principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively
