## Title: Partnerships Engagement Lead

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Partnerships Engagement Lead to drive strategic partnership development and management. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and nurturing long-term relationships that deliver mutual value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analysis and prioritize partnership opportunities based on company strategic goals and needs
  • Source new partnerships through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and client visits
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with company contract guidelines and policies
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Develop customized presentations and proposals for senior management at prospective and existing corporate partners
  • Monitor and assess partnership project outcomes, including co-created content, lead sharing, and event partnerships
  • Identify and report on partnership performance results and key metrics
  • Expand existing partnerships by exploring new avenues for collaboration and mutual value creation
  • Manage website banners and ad placements, recommending suitable assets to partners based on their products and services

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a related partnership, business development, or account management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
