About the Role
An established company is seeking a Partnerships Engagement Lead to drive strategic partnership development and management. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and nurturing long-term relationships that deliver mutual value.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis and prioritize partnership opportunities based on company strategic goals and needs
- Source new partnerships through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and client visits
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with company contract guidelines and policies
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop customized presentations and proposals for senior management at prospective and existing corporate partners
- Monitor and assess partnership project outcomes, including co-created content, lead sharing, and event partnerships
- Identify and report on partnership performance results and key metrics
- Expand existing partnerships by exploring new avenues for collaboration and mutual value creation
- Manage website banners and ad placements, recommending suitable assets to partners based on their products and services
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a related partnership, business development, or account management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Time management and multitasking capabilities
- Team collaboration skills
