About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Partner Development Manager to drive business growth and manage key partnerships within the Akwa Ibom territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing partner performance, and expanding business opportunities across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and achieve business objectives and KPIs for the territory
- Manage key partners and customers, addressing complaints and concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with company trade policies and procedures
- Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliations
- Adhere to monthly journey plans for partner visitation and engagement activities
- Identify and develop new business channels and opportunities to grow the sales portfolio
- Coach and manage partners to achieve agreed targets within the assigned territory
- Analyze partner performance against KPIs and organize activities to support acquisition and repayment goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in any discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or partner management
Required Skills and Competencies
- Field sales and market intelligence knowledge
- Sales experience with fast-moving consumer goods or similar products
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Fluency in local language(s)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
