## Title: Partner Development Manager - Akwa Ibom

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Partner Development Manager covering the Akwa Ibom territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and achieve business objectives and KPIs for the assigned territory
  • Manage key partner and customer relationships, addressing complaints and concerns promptly
  • Ensure full compliance with company trade policies and procedures
  • Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliation reviews
  • Adhere to monthly partner visitation and engagement journey plans
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through opening new channels and managing partners to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze partner performance against agreed KPIs and organize activities to drive acquisition and repayment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Proven knowledge of field sales and market intelligence
  • Demonstrated sales experience with sticky products
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Fluency in local language
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
