## Title: Paint Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads and conduct product demonstrations
- Generate sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Provide quotations and proposals to prospective clients
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze territory and market potential, tracking sales and status reports
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Keep track of outstanding balances and scheduled collections
- Maintain client records and customer statements
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends
- Understand and promote company programs
- Submit activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Continuously improve performance through feedback
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum BSc or HND in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline
