Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Order Fulfillment Officer will oversee and coordinate the entire order process, including procurement, validation, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the entire order process from procurement through delivery
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Manage supply chain operations
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve smooth and successful order completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate order processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders and address customer needs
• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management to manage inventory, streamline workflows, and coordinate with vendors
• Proven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a team in a fast-paced environment
