Order Fulfillment Officer at Bespoke Gifts

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, articulate, energetic, and proactive. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through both online and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and convert leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Engage customers with a clear understanding of company products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Conduct in-person or virtual consultations as needed
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals and quotations, and close deals efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and reports using CRM tools
• Attend company events, exhibitions, and other required engagements
• Provide after-sales support and encourage repeat sales and upselling opportunities
• Complete company-related tasks and errands as assigned

Requirements

• Age: 23–30 years old
• Must currently reside on Lagos Island (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ikate, Chevron, Oniru, or Maruwa)
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
• Minimum qualification: OND/NCE; B.Sc./HND preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM systems)
• Professional appearance and good personal grooming standards
