Key Responsibilities

Operations and Inventory Management

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient and safe handling
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all stored documents
• Optimize storage spaces by developing and implementing effective storage strategies

Customer Service

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized service and resolving concerns
• Manage customer documents and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Staff Management and Training

• Lead, train, and supervise storage staff, providing guidance and feedback
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency within the team

Security and Facility Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspections of the facility, ensuring security systems are functional
• Maintain the overall physical condition and security integrity of the storage facility

Required Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in operations management or related field
• 5-8 years of work experience in secured storage or document management
• Previous experience with organizations such as Data Guard, Secured Record Management Solutions (SRMS), AGS Record Management, Iron Mountain, or Top Archive is preferred
