A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Requirements
  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within a bank, MFI, MFB, or cooperative institution.
  • Proven experience in Internal Control, process monitoring, or compliance functions.
  • Proficiency in banking software applications (e.g., Core Banking Systems, BankOne, or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory policies, operational risks, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to multitask under pressure.
