Role Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all outlet operations, ensuring smooth daily running, consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales and performance targets across all Uncle Stan's Foods locations. This role is execution-heavy and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operations Oversight
- Supervise day-to-day operations of all outlets to ensure uninterrupted service
- Ensure outlets open and close on time, fully staffed and operational
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to enforce SOPs and brand standards
- Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruption or revenue loss
Performance & KPI Management
- Set, monitor, and enforce KPIs for outlet managers and supervisors
- Track daily sales, wastage, service speed, customer complaints, and stock usage
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for MD
Staff Supervision & Discipline
- Supervise outlet managers and ensure proper staff deployment
- Enforce discipline, attendance, grooming, and conduct standards
- Recommend rewards, sanctions, or terminations based on performance
- Identify training gaps and coordinate operational training with HR
Stock & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure product availability across outlets
- Prevent stockouts, pilferage, and excessive wastage
- Validate daily stock reports and escalate discrepancies immediately
Quality Control & Customer Experience
- Ensure food quality, portion control, hygiene, and presentation are consistent
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints; implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Cost Control & Efficiency
- Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Reduce wastage, inefficiencies, and downtime across outlets
- Ensure efficient resource utilization
